What if the influencer never posts?
Tell us straight away. What happens if no post goes live is written in the deal sheet before you pay, so you know it in advance. A person on our team helps sort it out.
When does the influencer get paid?
Brandhu pays the creator their fee by bKash or Nagad, on the date written in the deal sheet, once the seller's payment has reached Brandhu. Nothing is paid on this website. Payment instructions only come from the deal sheet for your deal, sent by our team.
Do I approve the video before it goes up?
You approve the key points and the plan, then check the proof of the post. Influencers keep their own style, which is why their followers trust them. If you want a draft of a dedicated reel first, ask when you book: the influencer has to agree, and the fee may be higher.
How do you check influencers are real?
Before we show you a creator, our team looks at their page and numbers by hand. It is a check by people, not a guarantee, which is why every deal also has a written deal sheet.
Do I need a website to run a campaign?
No. A Facebook or Instagram page is enough.
Is Brandhu open to everyone?
We are taking a limited number of sellers and creators at first, so our team can handle every request by hand. Fill in the form and we will reply within 1 working day.
Who sees my details?
Our small team sees what you send. To make a match, we may show a creator's page and numbers to a seller, or a seller's page and brief to a creator. The forms and spreadsheet run on other companies' services. Please do not send NID, bank or wallet numbers. Read more on the privacy page.
